Heavy, compared to Taycan?

So I was just looking at my Taycan CT4S compared to a Macan Turbo and the Macan looks to be about 160KG heavier (2405 vs 2245) and I wondered if anyone knows why that is? I know the Macan battery is 100KWh compared to 94 in the Taycan, but with the Taycan battery weighing 630KG, this should only account for about 40KG. With a single speed gearbox in the Macan, that would surely be lighter too no? Is the Macan shell steel rather than aluminium.

I noticed that when getting sucked into the "used J1 vs used Macan (in the future)" debate in my head.

I'm not an SUV fan, have always sworn I'd never get one, but. ..... it'll be cheaper than a J1 Taycan, roomier, better range, faster charging, better PCM, better Nav .... but so much higher .... hmm, it will be interesting to compare the two in real life
