How to track my order?

Hi,
I've paid the deposit for my Macan EV however I can't track it on the MyPorsche app and I didn't receive an order email. Is this normal?

Your salesperson should have emailed you a PDF of your build, price, and comm. number. Unfortunately you can't use this info to track your order – you need to ask your salesperson for status updates.

Not for Macan EV for the time being, your SA is the only option. Hope you have a responsive one!

They can also send you the Build Schedule - also worth asking for an updated one every few weeks, so you see if any step had its date changed.
