If CarPlay Connectivity Issues & Using IOS system, IOS update 18.4.1 for the fix?

Apple and some independent reviewers have stated that the latest IO 18.4.1 will fix known CarPlay connectivity issues in some vehicles when the owners has used 18.4 earlier version. Howver I do not know whether one of those is the Macan EV? Here a YT video for thise interested.
