If you have a commission number, does car appear in my porsche?

We have linked our commission number to my.porsche.com - but are getting "your order cannot be displayed at the moment". Can anyone see their order in my.porsche yet (US)?

We have linked our commission number to my.porsche.com - but are getting "your order cannot be displayed at the moment". Can anyone see their order in my.porsche yet (US)?

Our order shows the side view in the correct color & wheels, but the image is grayed. Above the image it states: "On the way". Below the image is a blue-shaded box stating a technical problem is the cause. Our salesman, quite knowledgeable, says it is a real Porsche technical problem - they are not done configuring. Our delivery indicates 2 August (yes, this year).

I apologize for the delayed response; we are working diligently to address all our correspondence. I appreciate the opportunity to respond to this email.

First, I want to congratulate you on your recent order of a 2024 Macan Turbo Electric. We are excited to have you join the Porsche family!

I know that you are eager to see your Macan's production process, and I understand you are getting an error message when you attempt to add your vehicle to Track Your Dreams in My Porsche Portal.

I am sorry to inform you that there is currently a technical issue in our platform, and 2025 model vehicles and all the Electric Macan models are not supported at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do not have an estimated time for when this feature will be available for our 2025 vehicles and Macan EV models. However, once it becomes available, we will notify our customers via email. At this time, we recommend staying in touch with your Porsche center for future updates regarding delivery time frames.

Our team is working to ensure that our Macan EV and 2025 models can be tracked through this feature in the future. I have documented your experience and made it available for internal review.

Nope, can’t see it either. Although adding the vehicle via VIN works, but nothing much to see there.

I'm checking this kind of information with my dealer but it looks like it's something "country related" (and not possible for example in Italy....)
