This is consistent with my dealer as well. The first "service" is a multi-point inspection, address recalls, etc. There was no cost for this service. The two year mark is an actual proper service that I will need to actually pay for.

This “service” can really happen anytime you want a recall done. I’ve had 2 “services” done in a year, with multipoint inspection, car updates, car wash - always free.
