Macan Turbo stuck in Benecia for over a month

Car arrived in Benecia on Glovis Sunlight on May 1 and has been stuck there ever since. System is showing that vehicle is being held at port for “quality action.” Wondering if there is a problem with the car? Anyone else have this experience?

It could be for the rear camera recall, a delamination issue of the rear light strip, or a repair of damage that occurred during shipping. Any of those could require parts to be shipped.

The major software update also, possibly. Mine was at the port in Sd for a month.

car can not be released if there are pending recalls or services required

dealer might be able to check the vin to see what is pending - but in the past cars have been held for months awaiting final release

The software update wouldn’t take a month unless they bricked the car.

The headlight software update took longer because they had to wait for the software to be released.
