Mobile app stopped syncing

Hi,

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue. But my mobile app has stopped syncing with my car.
Battery %, vehicle location, and charging status doesn’t update. Wondering if anyone has a fix for this?

I had the same problem for over a month. I took my car to the service center. They applied a number of recalls - ARC5, ASA3, WRS6. It took care of the problem with the app not syncing with the car.

Is privacy enabled in Porsche Connect? That would prevent access to the car’s information.
i have privacy mode disabled 😢

thanks i scheduled an appointment this morning. i made the situation worse after factory resetting my car, now i have no internet access on my car at all lol

My car had this issue - all fine for a couple of weeks, then went dark. It spent about a 10 days at the dealership with them trying to sort it out.
One of the problems with these EV's is that it appears that they need to phone the Vaderland if it's anything more complex, and with the time differences the to-and-fro can take days.

It's back online now but I'm on holiday so haven't collected it yet - hopefully it behaves!

Hey everyone, quick update -- dropped my car off for rear camera recall + this internet issue + software update.

They finished the recall + update in one day but needed to get help from Porsche for the internet connectivity. After resetting some modules, car is back online again! Just picked up the car and overall a pretty pleasant service experience!
