Assuming both are equipped with either air suspension (standard in some markets) or PASM, the Turbo stands apart as a different beast altogether. The 4S, on the other hand, is more similar to the 4, with the key differences being the notable increase in acceleration and top speed.

It’s quite a funny vote, not sure why it would make sense to compare these two options as they are not the same markup.

If price is really a concern I’d prefer a better equipped 4 but I’m sure some would disagree. Otherwise definitely 4S.

When I was working the North American configurator months ago I found that PT4+ was not available on the 4. If you want that, the 4 is a non starter

I also found that building up the 4 to be equivalent in form and function to a 4s results in nearly the same MSRP (+/- 1%). Most of my desired features where standard on the 4S and extra cost on the 4. So why bother with a 4.

You could certainly build a very nice 4 for about $4000 less than a 4S when you don't need or want some of the 4S standard equipment/style points..

So start with a list of things you want and configure both the 4 and 4S and see how the pricing shakes out.

Thanks for indulging in this silly poll. Wasn't expecting it to prove or disprove anything. It is unlikely any of us have focused on the particular criteria polled and have had the chance to test drive to compare objectively. There is obvious bias towards once own preference and that is totally understandable. It doesn't matter in the end. There is a Macan for everybody and this forum is a really useful space for bouncing ideas, troubleshooting etc.

Depends on where/how you drive.

Straight line, the 4S all day.

Twisty roads where you can’t mash the accelerator all the way down, the 4.
