Hi guys,

Anyone have a lead on options for no drill/ no glue license plates for the front of the Macan EV...magnetic or otherwise? I see one for the ICE Macan but guessing that will not work on the EV.

Interesting. We have government issued plates (metal) so not sure if I can even use wrap alternative. But honestly never thought about that as an option until now.

in california I just use these guys…

https://licenseplatewrap.com/

front plate stickers - approved by local agencies.
These are also used by Mach-e owners, they seem quite happy with them in California.

One perk of CA, these don’t seem to be accepted in NJ.
Then again, NJ cops don’t seem to care about enforcing license plates laws.

Between all the cars that only have the rear plate (when both are mandatory) and the ones with covers that make plates barely legible… it’s very lax.

for me in CA it's avoiding a "fix it ticket" - the "fine" isn't really the issue (but it's nice to avoid it) but rather having to make an appointment at the DMV to "prove" you've fixed it

it becomes a waste of a day to obtain proof-of-compliance

so I do the sticker and it avoids fix-it tickets…which BTW Mountain View, CA will write you for this even when parked downtown and away from your vehicle…{sigh}
