This is too good to be true. I am sure there will be many hoops to jump through.
What adapter do you recommend that is available now?

I have one of these in my Macan's frunk…in anticipation of future BYOA supercharger access…so far I've not been able to use it.

https://www.teslatapinc.com/

I'm looking forward to trying it out - given that we know these Adapters are dumb/passive there is no reason to believe it won't "just work" - in handling it it's metal/hefty and certainly does not feel "cheap" - which is what one should expect/require if it's going to pump 150-250 kW through it…

I'm looking forward to trying it out - I tried to "trick" the Scotts Valley, CA supercharger into letting me use my own adapter (Scotts Valley is a MagicDock site) - but the damm software is too clever - it simply won't start a session unless the magicdock adapter is not in the holster - and once it's attached to the end of the supercharger cable there is no "release" mechanism - so you can't swap the adapter for your own…

Lectron also has an adapter I'd trust them, or simply wait for VW/Audi/Porsche - or buy a Ford/GM/Rivian/Polestar one - LOL - they are all passive/dumb adapters - they all should "just work" once the network allows you to authorize a charging session.
