He probably drove like a mad man. 36.8kWh/100km is insane for a long trip. Looking at his video it wasn’t that cold I think.
Other than that a nice video from someone who is not an EV enthousiast (yet). His biggest complain is the price and cannot disagree on that but buying it second hand is giving some good deals nowadays. Still a lot of money but hey, we cannot take it with us guys, enjoy while you can! (Vrrrrooooom pushing Launch Control)

Luckily you are correct, It's 36.8kWh/100miles. That makes more sense.
On long trips with a soft right foot and 6-8 degrees celsius I managed to got it just below 20kWh/100km. Of course not a lot of fun but when cruising long distances you can get a lot of kilometers/miles out of the car. Mine is now around 338km/210miles on a 80% charge. My E-tron did not get above the 230km in the same conditions. (around 6 degrees celsius)
