Plug and Charge works after reset

I did this once...didn't work even reloaded the app and a few other suggestions I found online. Nada. Then took to the dealer, they reserved again. Nada. They said u will have to wait for the next software update. In the meantime u can use the app to get electrify American stations to charge for free.

I had the same problem, but someone said to do the reset outside and make sure you have enough cellular bars showing on the dash. And then after the reset, give it a day and this time, it worked. It sounds like you have the latest mobile app installed as well, but double check that as well as the software in the car. Sorry it's not working for you. It's definitely frustrating.
