Porsche Reading - 2 out of service charging points

Porsche Centre Reading has 2 charging points which have been out of order for at least 4 now…

I think that’s shocking to say the least.

A couple of days ago, I phoned Porsche Centre West London and their 2 DC fast chargers were out of service too, they said!

Same situation a couple of years back when the ultra-rapid devices were first installed (at my dealership) - out of action more often than not, non-EVs parked in the spaces and not free (or always accessible out of office hours).

I don't think the dealership is responsible for maintaining - they pay to install (£££££) - but I think a 3rd party manages but this may have changed.

Thank you for the insight. I also noticed that in the employee car park (I had a peek whilst waiting for my car) they also had charging points - and some cars were hooked up.

I hope Porsche and/or maintenance company fix this. Not great advertising when they’re selling electric cars.
