This Macan was setup to be my Wife's car, so she was set as the primary user account for the car and I was set as the secondary user. I brought the car in recently to clear an error on the parking brake and after the service I got a message to activate my vehicle and my wife received a message that said the vehicle was removed from her account. This of course scared my wife, thinking it was hacked or something.
The only thing I can think of that may have made this occur would be the fact that I used my personal Email rather than the domain alias email I usually use for services (Porsche@mydomain vs myname@mydomain) when I was checking out, but this seems like a security problem. If they can just wipe out all users from my vehicle if I give the wrong email or if they type it in wrong, that seems like a pretty big issue.
Either way, I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue?
