Range Rover GT Announced

For anyone interested, Range Rover has officially previewed the upcoming Range Rover GT – an all-electric grand tourer that’s expected to join the Range Rover line-up.

Thought I’d share it here as it may be of interest to those keeping an eye on new premium EVs.

I’m not really a fan of what I call the “EV interior” trend. One of the things I like most about the Macan/Cayenne is that the cabin still feels like a normal car rather than going all-in on the minimalist look that most manufacturers seem to be adopting with their EVs.

It will be interesting to see how it turns out, and thankfully it’s not too long a wait to find out.

Agree on the interior of this Range Rover, it looks less upscale than the one on my Rivian R1S.

The Range Rover GT looks similar to the Cadillac Celestiq, with the big hatch-back.

Agree. I understand, that an entry level car doesn't have any buttons to save money. I also don't want to go back to the 2000s with buttons all over the place. But a premium car needs to have some buttons for climate control, heated seats/steering wheel and some other key things. One of the reasons I chose the Macan over others.
