Sport Plus Mode - Not Setting

I submitted a previous forum thread on how to the Sport Sound on the car and suggestions were setting the sport or sport plus mode in drive settings. I switched from normal to Sport Plus and hit the check mark and it showed that it "saved" the setting. Then I get back into the car later and its in normal mode. I then selected SPORT mode hit save and display shows it saved. Get into the car and its back to normal mode
Anyone else experience this? How do I set this in Sport or sport plus mode permanently?

You can customize the Sport and Sport+ (if so equipped) modes, but the car will always start in Normal mode. That’s a consequence of having to default to the settings under which EPA testing is performed.
