+7 indicates the tire is 7 psi higher than optimum - 39 psi instead of the indicated 46 psi.How does that +7 and +4 work , in the picture, what does it stand for?
+4 in this display would normally be 4 psi higher than optimum for the right front tire, but it also indicates 46 psi, the same as the other three tires - not a logical display. I would drive it on a straight road for at least a mile and see if the right front changes to match the other tires. It may be a hardware or software failure but this type of failure, in my experience, clears itself with additional driving. It is key to look at both the indicated tire pressure and difference from optimum: for +4 to be correct, the tire pressure should have been 43 psi (suggesting 39 psi as optimum).
