How does that +7 and +4 work , in the picture, what does it stand for?
+7 indicates the tire is 7 psi higher than optimum - 39 psi instead of the indicated 46 psi.

+4 in this display would normally be 4 psi higher than optimum for the right front tire, but it also indicates 46 psi, the same as the other three tires - not a logical display. I would drive it on a straight road for at least a mile and see if the right front changes to match the other tires. It may be a hardware or software failure but this type of failure, in my experience, clears itself with additional driving. It is key to look at both the indicated tire pressure and difference from optimum: for +4 to be correct, the tire pressure should have been 43 psi (suggesting 39 psi as optimum).

But its yust what the computing ingeneer tought needed.

Porche and BMW give the warm pressures , and per axle recomended for the setting , calculated from 20 degrC/ 68 degrF to the temperature in the tire, also sended by the sensors.

A more logical system , but still some are confused by it.

Some motorcycle tpms give on screen pressure sended by the sensors, calculated back to 20 degrC/ 68 degr F.
Then you yourselfe have to remember what cold pressure wad intended for the loads and speed on tire.
