wish I’d thought of that (contacting Porsche support). Got jack support from my dealer.

Wondering if I should do the same... but I have zero info from the dealership, except the confirmation that the order was placed of course.

I guess Porsche support would need some kind of order ID.

In our order confirmation letter there should be a commission number somewhere (top right?). This number is required by Porsche support to set it up. Try it. I am pretty sure it will work.

Why don't you just reach out to your deal and ask for the commission number? They have to give it to you.

Or tell them you didn't get the Track Your Dream email and they can get it sent out as well.

I already did. They claim that the program is not available for Macan orders. Perhaps that's dealership-specific or country-specific, no idea.

In the meantime I've sent an email to Porsche Support, thanks @hanashra for the tip, the commission number is indeed in the order confirmation letter (what a fool I am).

Mine has just been updated to ‘left port’. Does anyone know what that generally means before and how long it's loaded onto a vessel and it departs? As it stands delivery is 22/03-24/03. The Mrs is due at the same time so trying to get my ducks in a row and plan if delivery will be before or whether I will have to push it back to some point in April.

That turned into a bit of a rabbit hole, offering some insight.

So turns out that KESS operate several vehicle carriers out of Emden.

One of the fleet is currently in port (Thames), but they don’t have a schedule posted online.

They do, however, have one of the fleet schedules online (Danube) and is in Emden on 11/03 and Grimsby 12/03, so I’d imagine that is the carrier (all being well) - Those dates tie with the original TYD data.

The car must sit ‘internationally’ at the docks until that date.
