Turbo arrives next week - serious concerns

Turbo model since November as well here. Very happy with the purchase. I would agree that the turbo model has less range than advertised, but plenty of range and it is not a worry for me coming from a Tesla Model 3 performance.
The car is a big upgrade form the Tesla (and has 100% less Elon to deal with). The interior is amazing and the handling is a huge improvement over the m3p. I had some initial bugs to shake out (some errors not allowing the Innodrive to start), but after a visit to the dealer they were able to fix the bug in less than a day.
