I've rode on Pirelli tires now and then for decades. I found their performance varies widely from model to model and even between sizes of the same model. They always seem to be at the top of the price range. When they hit their mark they are very good.
I was pleasantly surprised with the OEM 20 inch Pirelli Scorpion M&S All Seasons that were OEM. Seems to be a very good, efficient tire, if expensive to replace. 4000 miles on them.
On the other hand, the Cinturato P7 AS Elect tires mounted on my other EV, sing at some speeds like a bad wheel bearing. They do ride better than the relatively silent OEM Hankooks they replaced, however.
