Problem is that it is very hard to setup a test that covers all bases, especially environments, California always ideal Temp versus Norway … if I step on the accelerator pedal in Norway at 0C or colder with a cold soaked battery I do not think this would hold any truth … So artikels like this could have an adverse effect on your battery

I think the whole battery aging thing is true, yet this is part of the normal degradation and is not as dramatic as people think it is. I was talking with a taxi driver at a Superharger location the other day. He had a Tesla Model X, 600.000 KM on the clock, mostly supercharging and still had the same battery. So yes, you lose some of the capacity, but lets not get overdramatic.

A gas car is degraded as soon as it comes out of the factory. Only 20-30% useable in the tank.
