Indeed, have a full option Turbo on order but no powered charging flap, I gathered these manual flaps work for 50 years and on my iX it’s even bigger … first delayed deliveries are for failing sensor of the electric flap 🤷♂️
@Diego That is really good, and you are the first of hopefully a populated thread. Nice to see that the altitude difference was really well absorbed so regen must be quite good!
Hi,
would like to have a feel of consumption and range based on different configs. So it would be nice to have a thread where owners can post their findings …
Ideally they mention the config, like 4, 4s, Turbo, wheel size, temperature, wind conditions, average speed etc …
Car...
Thanks for your initial feedback, I hope that the consumption goes down indeed, I did a trip Antwerp - Utrecht - Antwerp in similar conditions with the 100 limit in the morning and the 135 in the evening (when possible as it was still very busy) and I had a mixed consumption of 21kwh/100km. on...
Well I did spec it, but compared to the B&W in the iX it sounded mediocre in the demo car I tested it, granted it was a quick test so maybe it is better with a good library and mabe the software is better now. I hope they will elaborate more on the equalizer, it was very basic. I’m a bit...
So I owned a Model X raven and all the remarks about the software being superior, I just do not understand. Today I have an iX and it’s infotainment system is better in each and every way … Do you Guys talk about FSD? I had autopilot, which had phantom braking … but route planning was only in...
Well I found them in Europe to be almost identical in traffic prediction, Apple has a larger marketshare in the UK, so I would guess they can predict the traffic even better …
You’ve seen the joke of the guy that gathered a 99 android phones and walks around with them, where he went there was...
That issue will be addressed and had nothing to do with Apple not opening up, there was simple not an API, many developers work this way, they introduced this first to see if car manufactures would embrace it, why start making an API if only a handful of cars supported it, now it is and so...
I never had a HUD and found my BMW HUD quite distracting at first, now it is a mandatory option for me. I agree it can be distracting, now I “do not see it anymore“ only when I need it.
So you confirm what I say, it’s a decision of the manufacturer, on my Audi I cannot have both and on my BMW I can so it’s just the manufacturer who decides that it is a safety issue, not Apple, Apple just sends video streams to the car, it’s the car that decides what to do with it …
In all...
No it’s a safety implementation, if 2 Nav’s are active you could be confused like turn left and head on at the same time … But no problem for you, if you use don’t like Apple Maps you will not have the issue.
Well I did leave the electronic flap out as I feel it’s another thing that can brake, never had an issue with my mechanical flaps both ICE and EV. The danger I see is that the mechanical flaps gets in the way of people passing by
Yesterday I was at my dealer and they had a first batch delivered I didn’t count them but over 10 … and they are expecting more every week … sold about a 100 …
Oh please, you ordered July and already driving … anyway good luck and a beautiful car, rather high consumption but I guess that is to be expected when taking delivery 🤪
Duh didn’t see that in my unread .. must be sleeping.
Anyway I was at the see side and there is a Porsche Dealership, so I drove up the parking lot, but no Macan EV visible … so I went for waiting therapy on YT … If a moderator can delete this, can’t see the option …
