3-prong plug for Macan EV charging kit?

need more information and pictures, but if you had a charger (EVSE) for your hybrid it should work fine with your Macan no problem - these EVSE's are not vehicle/vendor specific.

you can 99% most likley use your existing hybrid charger with your Macan

pic's of all the components would allow me to be sure 100%

that is a NEMA 6-50 - and a reasonably beat up one - recommend you swap the plug for a high quality EV rated commerical/industrial rated NEMA 6-50 - don't believe me - then believe Porsche…they recommend/require a Hubble NEMA 6-50 outlet

you can see the NEMA 6-50 specification at the 6 o'clock position on the socket face in your picture…

that outlet should be replaced/upgraded to the hubble outlet recommended/required by Porsche - see their tech bulletin.
