I believe that every Model will have same or similar issues and they will eventually comes out only after enough sales...The car is car and can have some issues..The main point is.....are Porsche Service Stations ready to handle Cayenne EV???I guess NO! Even they don't know Macan EV after so long time and many car misunderstandings from owners are results due to wrong handling or lag of experience during service visitings. And if you pay over 200K for a Cayenne Turbo ...You will suffer more if you don't get the relevant handling from the service stations..

By driving experience you are including my experience where it took 11 hours to drive 500 kms when it would have taken 5 ½ in a Chinese BYD.
Sadly, what I came to realize after some time is that the Macan is Porsche's entry point into the brand, and in many ways that is reflected in the build quality and technology compared to the company's higher-end models.

If you're looking for everything Porsche is capable of delivering, the Macan may not be the best representation of that. If, however, you want a Porsche with exceptional driving dynamics, it's hard to beat. The Macan remains unmatched by its direct competitors when it comes to the driving experience.

That said, if you're after the full Porsche experience, with the highest levels of craftsmanship, materials, refinement, and technology, I would suggest looking at models like the 911, Taycan, Cayenne, or Panamera. Anyone who has spent time in any of those models, similarly specified to a Macan, will likely notice a significant difference in overall build quality, driving experience and technology..

It took me just 4 hours and 40 minutes for 500Kms from Athens to Thessaloniki plus a 17 minutes stop along the route for a fast charging of the car (and an also fast discharging of me at the same time). It's exactly the same for the same route with one of my other ICE cars with the major difference that with the Macan I didn't even realized when the trip ended as it was like I was flying near the road,no noise,no vibrations...nothing!A totally silent journey I was riding like the wind!

Yep! I hear you loud and clear. This is my third EV and I still own two (well 1 ½... the Macan is a Piece of Sh*t to me).

Unfortunately, your experience is what is expected from a car that cost many of us $100 a day to lease at a rate of 4.99%. From what I am reading on this Forum I am not alone. There are expectation and reliability issues with the Macan EV's.

I am glad yours is working out to your expectations. It is good to hear and maybe a glimpse of hope for all of us.

However, gloating on a Forum where owners are getting stranded and stressed due to lack of knowledge and support does not provide any incentive for Porsche to get off their asses and provide the after sales efforts to those putting money in their jar. The Macan is the bread basket of Porsche, not the 911 or Panamera or Cayenne.

Take care

I couldn't agree more!!

Don't get me wrong...!!I simply said there are several cars out there without so serious problems or at least their problems still - because no one can be 100% certain these days - remain relatively acceptable more or less. The lack of knowledge and support and more over their denial to at least listen and learn from the owners who in fact actually are their beta testers what issues the car is facing, is the most irritating thing on their part and the most unprofessional as well.

As I see all conversations leading to same conclusion...Main problem are the incompetent service providers and not the car...

...Mostly yes, seems like it all comes down to it, correct. And for all those units out there with all these kind of issues,if the service providers were up to their tasks and obligations those problems would have already been resolved one way or another.
With such an attitude on their side handling their customers problems with disbelief and doubt, certainly the time when the Macan will finally leave it's problems behind is unfortunately not anywhere near.
