Cannot open boot anymore

Almost 2 weeks and counting … back and forth with germany over the HV error I had once in the car …
Either they do not know how to diagnose it, or it really is a HW problem, in any case, it’s trending over 2 weeks, a bit more and it will have been longer at the service center then on the road.

So after almost 4 weeks my car is ready for pickup, as far as I can understand the pictures I got, they changed 2 computer blocks, with one the Audi logo on . One is the e-sound controller the other I guess a HV computer, but that is pure speculation on my part.
One of the box’s they exchanged they took a video of, when they shake it, it rattles so I guess something loose in the box … Maybe they did not exchange that as I did not receive a replacement picture, maybe just a loose nut they removed …
Not on the pictures is the trunk lock but that got changed too, I think.

No loaner, at the moment I brought it in, there where no loaners. If I really needed to be towed, Porsche assistance would give a loaner … It was PCM. Now I didn’t really need a loaner, but hindsight I should have asked one, I think it would have sped up the process, 4 weeks is just unacceptable, they claim it was HQ demanding tests and trying to figure out what was wrong, it’s clear they have a lot to learn with this new platform, but needing 4 weeks is really beyond ridiculous, Porsche should really make beter tools to do quick diagnosis of problems.

The trunk does not open anymore, this time the mechanism still works, but it stopped opening after like 10cm open and when I pushed the button it tried close but failed to 100% close and now it’s stuck, neither opening or closing succeeds. Manually trying to further close (it’s in the lock But not 100% closed) it fails and opening fails also. I live close by the Porsche Center, so they have it back . I also noticed when it tried to open the trunk was not 100% level like one motor (don’t know if there are 2) was stuck …

This time it took 1/2 day to fix, I guess they are becoming more experienced, this time the replaced the lift motor … guess that got damaged somehow with the trunk not opening last time … hope we are clear now.
