Critical Engine Failure Message

Has anyone received a "Critical engine failure" message when starting their EV? When I went to start my car yesterday morning I received that message and the Macan 4 would not start. The battery was charged. I am waiting for my SA from the dealership to return my call. The first 3 attempts to start the car resulted in that message. On the 4th attempt the message was " charging not possible visit workshop". The car was able to start 15 minutes later without any message. Today there is no message. I wonder if this was just a computer glitch . Until I find that out the car will not be driven. I Would like to know about anyones experience with that issue. Thank you.......

Sometimes for no apparent reason strange messages are thrown. if they clear up after 20 minutes of letting the car sit in the off state then just take it to the dealer have them look at the log . if there’s no continued alert then they clear the log and send you on your way. they really don’t know in those cases what causes it for sure because it’s a one off not repeatable situation and they need to replicate the error to troubleshoot.

Absolutely sound advice - don’t let anyone delete any log . My last Taycan had 2 breakdowns and Dealer would not help referred me to breakdown company who deleted log - recovery to dealer who then said ‘nothing in the log’ ! So peed off with Porsche and Porsche (lack of) Customer service- UK!
