What kinds of dealer fees are you guys seeing in the US? Is $3000 $1000 more or less typical, not including taxes, Northeastern dealers in particular?

Are you talking about markups?

I was told $5000 above build cost when I initially talked to my dealer, but when I took delivery the price I paid was the price from the online configurator.

These were dealer admin fees, like titling, dealer fees, dealer prep, undefined stuff that you usually see when buying a car.

$85.00 for document processing and $34.00 for electronic vehicle registration.

I scanned all of my paperwork into a searchable PDF, here is a cropped screenshot of a disclosure page required by the state of California of any extra (non-state) fees. The warranty and maintenance stuff was entirely optional and there was no pressure — it was offered and I elected to pre-pay for it and roll it into the monthly payments.

I see a "Dealer Processing Fee" for $901... and then tax and some other Georgia-specific fees - Electronic Title Registration ($95), GA 'Warranty Right Fee' ($3), Title ($18), and Tag ($25).
