Does anyone else live in an area with low voltage supply?

We live in an area where the voltage supply often dips below the UK legal requirement of 216V and then even goes below the safe operating range of the Tesla Wall Charger, 207V.

Both my old Tesla and my wife’s Merc EQA handle this gracefully and when the voltage picks up again they carry on charging.

However the Macan doesn’t. I need to manually reduce the charge target and then increase it again to kick it all back into life - not ideal in the early hours of the morning (like now)!

The electricity DNO have yet to fix the issues in nearly 5 years of complaints. So was wondering if anyone experiences similar and found a solution? I’m thinking a different wall box may help, but would want someone to have confirmed it behaves better in this scenario. Thanks!

i’d report to porsche service - not to get a fix but to notify them and maybe improve things for future macan - porsche can fix this in software, you have a lot of data and comparison to other EV’s

porsche should update the voltage tolerances in vehicle software to not terminate the charge session- they may do that in the future and update your car - if you don’t tell them however they will never know!
