The factory window film provides light tint but minimal UV protection or heat rejection. You can opt for a clear tint if you wish to keep the factory look or you can use a darker tint to achieve both UV protection and a sleeker look! I don’t regret adding the tint and could tell a tremendous difference in the cabin temperature even with the sunshades open all of the time.

Thanks for the advice. I am living in Singapore , it's sunny and hot here. Really like factory colour with my Aventurine green . For sure makes a difference as you said. Probably clear in front and slightly darker rear. Have a great day!

Hopefully somewhere here will get their front windows tinted with a quality ceramic tint that visually matches the rear doors and further back — so that when viewed from the side, your Macan looks as if the front windows were also the same as factory. I am aware that this would make your front ones darker than some states allow but have done that on every four door vehicle I have ever owned and never been stopped — and as my wife is ultra light sensitive will do than on my upcoming Macan.

Also as we all know a darker ceramic or carbon tint than factory would reduce heat into the cabin (better preserving our sunny day summer range). Then if you would please share here exactly what their tint brand, VLT rating and more are. While carbon tints are good, it is generally accepted that ceramic ones, while more expensive, are better for security, safety, and anti-shattering properties.

Sources that ceramic tints are better than carbon based ones are: Both my current location window tinting installer and the one where I used to live — and specifically should one wish:
