Issues Reported List for Macan EV Electric

Several random and annoying software problems here.

• Phone button on the steering wheel not responding
• Programmable button on the steering wheel not responding
• Massage activation button on the seat working but not showing the massage selector on the main screen of the PCM
• One of the mirrors didn’t open after starting to ride
• Right mirror stayed in the R position after starting the ride

I am begging for a new software update solving this issues. They are not dramatic at all but they definitely tear the experience apart

And of course, please Porsche, let the native stream apps free!! We want Tidal, Disney, Netflix, Prime…

Finally what I think it is a must, let us connect our Bluetooth headphones to allow the passenger enjoy the ride while the driver is focused or listening another thing different from a film or video.

During this time, I’ve noticed that on 4 or 5 occasions, after locking the car and leaving it, I return hours later or the next day to find the front hood completely open. The button for the frunk / front hood is the one most likely to be pressed on the key fob. Are you sure you're not accidentally pressing it?

I’m not sure if I accidentally pressed the hood release on the key, but when I went to close the hood, I had to unlock the locks because the hood latch wouldn’t fit into the slot.

If the car is locked and you only open the hood, do you need to unlock the car to close the hood afterward? Have you ever tried this?

No I have not, my car is supposed to arrive on January 24th. I just recalled the complaints about the button placement on the key fob for the Macan EV.

I had this twice while it was raining...
I assume it happened because I accidentally pressed the button on the key while in my pocket. The problem is that my car was outside next to my office on the first floor. It is really annoying that the app doesn't warn you that something is open on the car.

Has anyone noticed a high-pitched buzzing sound when the headlights are on? I don’t know if that’s normal or if it’s just my car. When I’m not listening to any music, it annoys me. I parked the car and manually turned the headlights off, and it stops.

Not yet, I haven't taken it to the dealership yet

Added solution for activate Plug & Charge without perform a Car factory reset. Thanks to @TomekGnomek for finding out this solution

New issues after 4,5 months, 12.500 km and 3 returns to the dealer.

The cars native navigation won't let me pass a closed reversible lane and suggests a 30 minute detour, whereas Google or Apple maps recognize that you actually can pass this lane on the normal highway.

In the morning when I get into my car (in an underground garage) the radio plays the show of the night before when I arrived in a 'loop'. Today this even happened after a 30 minute ride.

When the weather changes from warm to colder or foggy, the driver assistance systems start warning and I have to get out of the car to dry the radar.
