these are figures from end sept until now... mostly highway. The lower average speed is thaniks to Antwerp traffic jams…
Hi, what mode are you mainly driving in to achieve those numbers?

Heating has a very high impact on range. Try to lower the temperature by 1 or 2 degrees and see how that affects the range. I saw someone on a Q6 Forum reporting roughly 6% range for each degree.

Does the Macan EV have different battery chemistry/tech than the Taycan? From my experience, cold weather has had minimal impact on range with Taycan 1st gen at least compared to Tesla, etc.

Macan EV battery chemistry is different. Also, battery management appears to be very different given the observation that the Macan EV battery temp stays constantly cold (50F) vs. Taycan 1st gen having no issue warming up as you drive or charge on AC. However, what matters is that how much range you lose in the cold weather conditions, with 30% to be expected.
