I had to bring my 2024Macan ev turbo (which I had for the best 8 month and 14k+ miles of car owning experience in my life) to the dealership to fix the charging port manual door not opening. They gave me 2025 cayanne e hybrid as a loaner. So I thought I will post my comparison between both cars.
for those questioning ever wanting to consider cayanne ev instead of their Macan ev I will tell them don’t. Once you get used to the nimbleness of the Macan size you will find anything bigger too heavy and honestly the only advantage the cayanne could have with its larger size is accommodating a third adult passenger in the rear. So ask yourself how frequent will you be having five adult passengers with you.
Also the central storage and cup holder for the Macan is much better. The brakes of the cayanne are a joke compared to the Macan. I don’t know if my turbo Macan ev has special brakes and that’s could be why I felt huge difference. Other than that Porsches newer cars 2024 and after have very similar interiors and front displays and steering’s. The cayanne has a large central screen which I wished if my Macans central display would have had.
