PIWIS and Macan Electric

Now that my Macan is a couple weeks from arriving, my nerdy self is waking up. I used to play with ForScan on my Mustang Mach-e and would like to explore (hidden?) options on the Macan.
Does anyone know what version of PIWIS allows to connect to the new Macan EV?

Looking at the websites selling PIWIS, it seems they don’t have anything for 2023 cars and more recent.

idk, but i know many of the updates that have been holding up deliveries have been for the PWIS as well as the car itself...

I think it is 4 , but it is a brand new platform so who knows what we encounter. I am in the same corner wanting to see what can be added (or improved). As I forgot Sport Chrono in my Turbo order. Hoping it can be coded later on. Done plenty of coding on my M3 so i hope the "other" german will let us do so as well.

Any news on the PIWIS coding options for the Macan EV? I'd love to see Scandinavian DRL and a higher temperature for the heated steering wheel for example. Or a single press on the button in the cabin to close the trunk, instead of holding it. And of course VIM, lane keep assist disabled on vehicle start and more than 10 minutes for the massage seats.

PIWIS won’t work on its own. All Macan EV and other 2025 porsche models are now encrypted. This means that a standalone PIWIS won’t work. You now have to have access to PPN to get past it, which you can register online and get for free. You then use a virtual tester device and the coding is done through a web interface. It can be done. They have gotten around the encryption this way on newer Taycans to activate matrix lights. It is possible on the Macan but I don’t think the interest is there for people to invest time. There are some users on. Rennlist that are doing this coding remotely for people
