Porsche app on Carplay

I have seen videos with the Porsche app working in CarPlay providing several useful functions. The image below is what I get when I try to start the Porsche app in my Macan 4. Using iPhone with 18.2 Any ideas?

I got the same message. Maybe its because of the Android software?

yeah, in Android Auto, you'll see the MyPorsche icon as selectable... But all it does is bring you back to the Porsche screen. it basically exits/minimizes Android Auto
