Porsche Mission X Electric Hypercar Concept Revealed!

The Porsche lineage is more apparent when you look at their other Vision concepts from the past decade. I’m underwhelmed that this EV hypercar still has all the same proportions, cooling and aero as every ICE hypercar out there. The rear mounted side view cameras are kinda cool though, but not original either.

Side mounted rear view mirrors are a nuisance. They should be camera operated and displayed at corners of display above Steering Wheel (and center display if you like) AND on the windshield like HUD while you are backing up (or if you have blind spot detection on).

oh wait we all have this 100% wrong - this is the 'facelifted' Taycan .2 - wow 2025 model is awesome!!! Can't wait to see the CT version.

Unfortunately that was by far the most popular sentiment on FB and IG comments too. Like 9/10 comments negative. Didn’t realize there was still that much hatred towards full electric.

Please no, the Taycan physical mirrors are the only way I can back it into my garage or any tight parking spaces. If I had to rely on Porsche cameras, it would be near impossible.

Good point, if they implement their side cameras as poorly as the Taycan rear cam, that would be hilarious. If they implemented it well… well then I’ll be angry they put so little effort and cost in to ours.

This is very un-Porsche like, did anyone notice the fake diffuser? Those tunnels lead in to the rear subframe and suspension.
