Rear Air Vents

One issue I'm having is that the rear vents in my Macan EV always come on automatically when I start my car. I manually turn them off as I'm most often by myself in the vehicle. Is there anyway to have the default setting be "off" rather than "on"? I've turned off the vents and then "saved" that setting to the car (memory 1 on the left panel) but to no avail. Thx.

Mine stay off across restarts. Make sure sync mode is off on the HVAC control panel

Thx. Yes, I have sync mode off. No matter what I do, when I restart those vents are on.

there is no way to have them off by default.

Try to set the vent speed to 0, instead of turning them off.
It will remain "off" until you open the back door and/or seat in the back row (Not sure, because sometimes the vents are on again...)

Thank you both. I am now grounded not to expect anything but will try to set those vent speeds to zero as a workaround.

tha's probably the way to do it...I noticed that my rear were off today when i got in, so it can certainly be done.
