Thanks Diego, my dealer charged it also to 100% after the SQ5 update, but no result on my car…

Have you tried to discharge under 10%, let it sits overnight and the charge to 100% e let it plugged for 3/4 hours. This solved a similar problem to me with my Tesla in 2023.
