Thinking of cancelling after dissapointing Macan Turbo test drive

Having enjoyed the performance of a MY2021 Macan Turbo for the past 4 years - I was a little surprised to be underwhelmed by mid-range performance during a test drive in the Macan EV 4S. But was super smiley in 2 test drives (one extended) in the EV Turbo. No clicky pedal either! I'm going to miss the ICE Turbo when the EV Turbo arrives in March

No, 4S ... I went into the test thinking that the EV performance of the 4S would be adequate to offset the loss of the ICE Turbo's, but it didn't, so tried the EV Turbo. No going back after that

Where/when was this? I'm surprised to hear anywhere has a 4S for test drives.

The 4S also has significantly more power than a 21 ICE Turbo. Is your Turbo modded?

Or maybe the 4S still had its handbrake engaged, making it more challenging to accelerate?

UK - the Macan EV range 4, 4S and Turbo were launched simultaneously late Sep / early Oct. My ICE Turbo is standard but the driver isn't

This is not correct. I think you drove a 4, my friend. If there are any 4S Macans in the UK they showed up this week as customer cars. The demo cars were strictly 4 and Turbo.

Agree, I do not believe there were any 4S in the UK until maybe late last week but most likely this week.

Drove the Turbo and 4S at the PEC in Silverstone today - they had slots 24-27 Nov for potential customers referred to them (Porsche GB) from the relevant Centres.

Both excellent cars but of course the Turbo was brutally quick and!
