I picked up my 4S on Friday, went through all the enrolment with the OPC. Data pass was activated and worked fine until Saturday afternoon. I never lost the app connectivity as others did but only the data pass functionality.
Vodafone - 2nd line support - say it's still activated.
Porsche Smart Mobility - says it's activated
But the car now says it is not. If I toggle the 'temporary disable' in MyPorsche then the Data Pass screen in the car tells me the data pass is deactivated and I should activate it. When I toggle it back on, it has a slightly different message with the data is not activated and here's the QR code.
The QR code doesn't do anything - it is goes to part of a Porsche Website - has a Please Wait with a big spinning circle - which never stops spinning.
I've tried 30 second reset, have tried PCM reset too. Neither works. I am showing 4G with the coloured dots underneath.
So somehow, some way Vodafone and Porsche have lost sync with each other and whereas there is an activated subscription, the car doesn't recognise this anymore - and neither Vodafone or Porsche seem able to sort it out.
Bit of a disaster given it's such a key component of the car having online access!
