What are these indicators for on the instrument cluster?

I couldn't figure out what these blue and red tabs meant in the manual, does anyone know?

It probably only clarifies the cold and warm side of the batt. temp. bar..?

Yes believe battery temp with the middle part being the ideal temp for charging.

That spot in the cluster could really use some more info, like perhaps showing how many kw is being drained or regenerated
