Just received my 4S Macan EV in Slate Grey Neo -- first impressions

FIRST IMPRESSIONS AFTER 1 day and 150km:

POWER: accurate. I had a chance to drive 4 and Turbo a few days ago and 4 lacks a bit for me while Turbo is quite OK . This 4S is slightly less than Turbo but still quite what I need to feel sick from time to time. Quite happy with the choice.

BATTERY: 27 kw per 100 when on the highway and I was trying its limjts a few times...

DRIVING: PERFECT. I had a GLC AMG 43 and one can't compare... Rear steering axle is amazing. it is worth it.

NEO SLATE GREY: really depends on light. In dark room it is dark. When outside it gets nice grey. I like it but it it looks better on 911.

20 inches wheel: I quess it looks quite OK. I am not going to go 21 or 22. But I will change rims for all black ones.

STEERING WHEEL: I have GT, leather and carbon. GT: very nice. Leather: I like it. Carbon: I am not sure... It is OK but I could live without it.

ELECTRIC SPORT SOUND: good to have it. just in case. I put it on a few times and it is fun.

We had a problem with logging and an app... They need to contact my mobile operator and... If it takes 2 or 3 days (I was told), I can live with it.

Congrats! I wish they had released the 4S when I ordered mine… tried to change 4 to 4S but it was already locked for production.

Can you time the actual 0-100 with launch control?

I’m really glad to hear that the 4S acceleration is closer to the Turbo and that you like the rear axle steering which I added to my 4S order being delivered next month. I previously owned a Tesla Y LR and was disappointed by the lack of instant acceleration in the Macan 4 (without using launch control) on my recent test drive.

Congratulations. I appreciate your thoughts on the 4S since there are not many out yet. I have a 4S, SGN also due in December. Can’t wait and look forward to any other feedback you will have.

Very nice color! Lets us know about the consumption and range. In US, they say is the same as turbo. But European numbers are better in the 4s. My 4s is already in the ship to Brazil! Volcano gray with Bordeaux interior
