Did you US based customers get a TYD invite from Porsche? I received the invite the day I put a deposit down, November 22nd, before the activate my Porsche ID account message. They had been having tech difficulties, so the first time I clicked on the DTYD button the server times out. Subsequently I received an expired link message. Porsche support fixed that for me manually and I can track status. I don't think I will see any manuals or access to online tech info until a VIN gets assigned.

Apparently for those who made their orders mid to late November, the tyd works. If you put your order in any time before that, it does not. Even if you're production started in November, TYD will not work

Odd that several people in the U.S. have been able to use the Track My Dream feature via the My Porsche app. My SA added my VIN to the app but it has no functionality other than seeing the owners manual.

When I contacted PCNA to add the TMD feature, I received the following response:

Well mine has been ready for the past 4 weeks, a 4S. It has been in a compound in Germany for that time. Apparently having updates to save the dealer having to do them over here which makes sense. Given up asking when it will be here..... It will be when it will be

If you have Innodrive optioned -could be related to this? UK cars seem to have an issue with innodrive which was partly fixed with a map update.

No innodrive optioned no. I have just this morning had an email asking me to activate the car, so maybe it is on its way? I will await the dealer to contact me

So my car appears to be built, and expected at Emden as we speak. Hoping for an update as to what vessel the car will be going on. I expect Jacksonville port arrival, so either SFL Conductor leaving Emden on 12/18/24 or the Wolfsburg leaving 12/27/24 if I am reading the schedule correctly.

It has been fun to follow, and anxiously awaiting arrival with minimal delays.

That is interesting, I tried all the permutations to get a schedule that included Benicia, but couldn’t figure it out.

Benicia seems to be the port for Bay Area dealers.

that schedule from VW is not exhaustive...
My car is on a vessel that's not listed on that sheet at all... so I think you'll just have to wait until the SA can give you the information.

I was informed that my 4S is on "Administrative Hold" at the port in San Diego. No further information currently available. Shrug.
