Was this ever resolved?I have the same issue, my app thinks the car is still in Belgium, I was there about 14 days ago. It's under investigation at the dealer.

I've had issues since yesterday. Got the 4G icon and blue and green dots. But My Porsche app shows old data.What I noticed was the following. A couple of times since I took delivery back in October it seems the car got of the grid. The app can only see it when it last was on the grid. But in less than a day actually an over night thing it got back and things got back to normal
And the car always had the 5g connection so car was connected to network but app can not see it

Tried a soft restart and that fixed it temporarily and status updated. But now it's back to being out of date.
I wonder if it's a server issue as when I click to retrieve data pass - it says try again. However the 4G itself is working fine, car hotspot works and map updating on Google.
I wouldn't care but it's freezing cold here and liked being able to pre-heat in the mornings
I don't know if it's a different issue, but whenever I open the app on my phone, it says 'last updated X hours ago'. And that X hours is always the last time I opened the app.Stopped working for me too. Last update in app was 9hrs ago

And what I find is, if you keep the app open on your phone for quite a few seconds, it comes up as 'just updated'.
So, it seems a sync with the car and on the phone only happens when you open the app on the phone and keep looking at it for quite a few seconds for it to change to 'just updated' (if you don't look, it won't change )
I thought that was just normal.

In that case, it's specific to your case. I have no such issues.Still no connection. The app says “just updated” but when I check vehicle status (locked etc) it’s says 15hrs ago. I also can’t start pre-conditioning- it was working yesterday!
