Normally, it's just a matter of adjusting the anchor bracket in the B-pillar, or the lock in the door. A suitable torx screwdriver should suffice. I don't have a Macan to confirm, sorry!

yes, but this is highway real range: so you drive 3 hours, stop 30 minutes and so on. I know, some people have no problem driving 6 hours without needing a rest... I can’t drive more than 3 straight hours without risk, so it’s fine for me.
