*** Update ***
I was able to resolve the Plug & Charge issue, but I still can’t charge the car using any AC charger. The dealer had the vehicle for about a week and was unable to charge it reliably via AC, so they’ve ordered a replacement Central High Voltage Box from Germany.

Fwiw...my TUWC charger did not charge at first .
I commissioned the wall charger via the wrong Tesla app (who knew?!?) I downloaded the "tesla one" app and commissioned everything.. wifi connected like a breeze......changed the charging settings to "all vehicles."....changed the settings from 60a output to 40a Output (there is no 50a option on the app)...and now it charges at 9.4kw. viola. I still monitor etc via the normal Tesla app though.. I was really close to ripping this shit off the wall..

Reviving this older thread. . .

I’ve been using my old gen 1 Tesla AC 220v charger on my Macan 4 since purchase in May ‘25 without any problems. Yesterday, neither charge port would initiate a charge. Lots of clicking, green lights on charger, stopping and starting, then error message in car that charging could not be initiated. Turned the car off and let it sit overnight. Tried again th is AM. Same issue. IM going to head to a nearby EA DC charger and see if that works. Don’t see anything helpful on this site but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
