Interesting video in germany. They charged the vehicle from 6 % on a 300 Kw station.
Looks like it maxed out around 286 kw
Having the graph is nice, as we always here about the "charging curve." I'm assuming the temp was too low to reach max speeds. They happen to not show the dash which showed the ideal condition needed...

The video is pretty good too. Saw a few things i've not seen in any other videos yet.... Please click on it to give them money...

The station's rating of 300 kW is the maximum power it can provide. If the car has a maximum charging power of 270 kW, then that's the maximum you will get.

The car tells the EVSE what power it wants, not the other way round. 286 kW is the power the unit was providing, but due to heat loss the amount going into the battery was likely 270 kW.
