Aftermarket Hitch Options? or Not Allowed?

Anyone successfully mount an aftermarket hitch? Porsche? Other? Warranty implications if not Porsche?

please post details, cost and photos if you have done it or have seen it done.

I’m sure someone has taken delivery and forgot to spec this option.

All Macan EVs come with "preparation for towbar systems" if the hitch isn't specified at build time.

Check with your dealer for options - it may be that the only option is the electric deployable one.

In the US you don't get the fold down ball. There does not seem to be an aftermarket, these usually hang below the bumper anyway. I think there was a Macan EV hitch in the Porsche accessory catalog. Its the typical remove a bunch of stuff, cut some stuff, run some wire, put everything back together type of thing. Expect to pay more than $2000.
