As I said on the topic of early adopters of Macan EV, "they roll it out then figure it out", when it comes to a completely new product, which this is, since it does not share anything with the previous iX3.
What happens now to all the first customers since the first year of allocations completely sold out. They will find out more things wrong with it, that is the point, so hopefully not by being shocked when leaning on the car.
