So I noticed that when going below 10% the km’s predicted are really low, like suggesting a total range of 250km’s at 100%.
At 6% I had like 12km of predicted range, I drove 24km and still had like 2% and of course reduced power, it was also indicating zero km’s left for like the last 5km’s …
So I was wondering is anyone else seen that behavior, or is it just my car? I hope that this explains the more than expected consumption.
I will let it sit for an hour and then charge it to 80% so that the BMS has a chance to learn this bottom …

This would be the safety (or reserve) power at the end. Kyle could still drive several miles when he was near the end of the battery in one of his most recent videos.

Yes, that video, if I remember correctly, observed that 0% is really zero, and there is no real range left below that, most cars drive several miles past 0%, but apparently the new Porsches not.
What I’m hoping to learn from other Macan drivers is what there range displayed is below 5% … and if that corresponds to what you normally expect as range per 1% …

Have not run our Macan Turbo below 20% yet but our 2020 Taycan TS is about 1 mile per % below 10% when driven aggressively at highway speeds on mountain freeways (70-80 mph). I always plan on 10% being 10 miles.
