Hi,
I’ve finally decided to buy a set of winter tyres, as I travel frequently to a ski resort. I drive a Macan 4S with 20-inch wheels.
I decided not to buy them through Porsche because of the price difference and because there are more options elsewhere. The challenge now is choosing the right tyre.
Based on your experience, which winter tyre would you recommend? I’m especially interested in strong performance (grip and stability) while keeping consumption/rolling resistance as low as possible.
The models I’ve shortlisted are (open for more suggestions):
- Michelin Pilot Alpin 5
- Pirelli Scorpion Winter 2
- Goodyear UltraGrip
- Continental WinterContact TS 870
- Bridgestone Blizzak LM005
Thanks!!
